Kevin Federline Tops Most Annoying list, along with Lindsay Lohan

[Rumor Patrol - Hollywood Rumor Tracker] Anyone could have told you that Kevin Federline was going to be one of the top dogs on this years Most Annoying List. I mean come one, isn’t he though.
